Acute Myeloblastic Leukemia with Minimal Differentitaion
|
- Pancytopenia.
- MPO, PAS, and NSE negative.
- No particular chromosomeal abnormalities Negative for
lymphoid antigens.
- Hope for more than 20 % of the blasts to have one or
more myeloid antigens (CD 13, CD 33, CD 11b, CD 34, HLA-DR
(aids in diagnosis).
- Constitutes less than 5 % of myeloid leukemias.

Poor due to poor response to chemotherapy
