We have mentored directors and managers as a subject matter expert in Human Centered Design Best Practices, innovated new strategies for creating a Smart Business Human Centered Design Center for Cisco Systems as well as developed Vision Strategy and Execution Plans, detailed resource plans (how to staff the center), engagement models, stakeholder mapping, communications, vendor selection and management, proceeding to direct, manage, and execute, design and user research projects for the Smart Services Technology Group.
